Dive HIGHTIDE Watersports Barbados. We are located at the Prestigious Coral Reef Club within the Folkestone Marine Reserve on the West coast of Barbados. HIGHTIDE Watersports is a founder member of the Barbados Dive Operators Association (BDOA).

HIGHTIDE WATERSPORTS is a member of PIRA (PADI International Resort Association #17146). PADI stands for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, which is the largest scuba diving certification in the world. That means that you can expect your instructor to follow standards and procedures developed by the world leader in scuba training. If you would like to visit PADI's website, see them on our partner's page.

By providing quality service to its guests, HIGHTIDE has become the most recognizable name in Barbados Scuba Diving. Trading as DIVE HIGHTIDE we believe that no other dive shop can offer and deliver better service, nicer people, or safer procedures. We stand by our hard earned reputation.

DIVE HIGHTIDE is committed to providing divers with the kind of professionalism and personal attention they expect from a first-rate dive operation. All of our instructors and dive masters are certified by PADI, adhere to the latest standards in safety, and are trained in First Aid and CPR. Plus we believe in no-hassle diving for our guests. We will set up your equipment, load it on our boat, and after your dive we will wash and stow your equipment. You need only to enjoy your dive and your holiday!

We at DIVE HIGHTIDE are extremely sensitive to the natural marine environment and expect the same of divers in our care. We are active in creating mooring buoys for all to use on many of the dive sites we visit. Our staff are respectful of the reef environment and strive to instill this respect in all the divers we introduce to the underwater world of Barbados.

Working in partnership with the University of West Indies DIVE HIGHTIDE actively facilitates the Reef Watchers program of organised reef surveys. The Reef Watchers programme encourages volunteer "citizen scientists" to observe and monitor the status of the coral reefs within Barbados first marine protected area, Folkestone Marine Reserve. Results are recorded in the Reserves coral reef monitoring database.

DIVE HIGHTIDE is the official headquarter dive centre assisting with the Barbados Sea Turtle Project. Our Guests, Our Team and Marine Biologists help these Hawskbill Turtles to survive. The program runs between April and Nov on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. The project team accompany our regular dive trips, weighing , tagging and recording the turtles on board the dive boat. Non-divers are welcome to join in.

DIVE HIGHTIDE is the only Beautiful Oceans Science Instructor Center in Barbados.

HIGHTDE WATERSPORTS also offers an array of activities other than diving. For the sailing enthusiast, we have Laser, Sunfish and Hobie Cats available for lessons, chauffeured sails, or self sailing. We also offer water skiing and wake boarding trips and tuition, kayaking, boogie board rental and boat cruises. We organise trips to swim with the turtles for divers and non divers alike.

FALCON PARASAILING is also operated by HIGHTIDE WATERSPORTS
